- Employees then pierce chicken through the tubes, until a specific weight
- Meat is wrapped with strong meat film with labels and stacked onto pallets
- Pallets are transferred to freezers where the meat stands for at least two days

- It is sent through this machine to flatten & tenderize
- The meat is then coated with herbs & spices as it is mixed in the machine
- Just like chicken, the meat is pierced through the tube and lined up to a certain size
