Lamb is brought in by suppliers

 
 
Lamb is then cleaned and cut to size
 
It is sent through this machine to flatten & tenderize
 
 
 

Lamb is then coated with herbs & spices as it is mixed in the machine

 
 

Just like chicken, the lamb is pierced through the tube and lined up to a certain size

 
 
Meat is wrapped with strong meat film with labels and stacked onto pallets
 
  Pallets are transferred to freezers where the meat stands for at least two days
 
 
We make sure all our goods have the best quality
 
 Pallets are specially wrapped to keep meat cool and safe
 

The finished goods are then transferred to our lovely customers
